Jesus, Ultimate Artist/Creator Hey! I am a Christ follower who loves to try to paint the beauty which our Lord has displayed all around us for His and our enjoyment and also for our use. The very elements we use to paint His glorious creation are indeed His creation: the canvas, oils, pencils, brushes, water, etc. And within our souls/minds He has placed a part of His creativity. For as the Bible rightly says we are made in the image of the one true God (Genesis Chapter 1 verses 26-27). So as you create, bless the One who has made your gift possible and provided your passion, made your materials as well as provided your subject matter. Worship and be in awe of the Creator God and not His creations (Romans chapter 1 verses 18-25).

If you are passionate more about Jesus and His love displayed for us upon the cross I would love to hear from you (especially if you are within the Detroit, MI area).

I have used the Bob Ross method with oils, used water mixables, watercolor, acrylics on paper and canvas. I love skies, landscapes, seascapes- day and night as well as a growing love of photography. I'm not good at this but it's still fun! Perhaps you can share some techniques. Would love to paint with someone outdoors with a Christian world view. A gentleman friend would be most welcome. I need a companion for the DIA, planetarium. Do you have a good telescope? And I love kites. I would love a companion to share it all. God's best to ya!
